Since starting at iPlan in 1998, Ben quickly rose from Project Manager to VP of Custom Residential Design and has been co-owner with Alan House for the past 20 years now. While Alan runs the business and HR side of the company, Ben is responsible for all new business, client interaction, schematic design, design development, and the permit procurement process of all new custom homes. Ben's endless creativity and passion for luxury home design is the primary reason iPlan is amongst the most premier and prolific luxury home design companies in the Greater Phoenix Area. With a strong ability to convert client wish lists into one-of-a-kind homes and an uncanny awareness to capture view corridors throughout the home, Ben aims to ensure the maximum value for each home site once the project is complete. Married to his wife of 26 years, Ben is rooted in the community and looks for his work in the valley to be a strong legacy his two grown children can be proud of. With well over 400 unique custom home designs in Arizona and beyond, that legacy is firmly in place. Ben has a Bachelor's decree in Environmental Design, with a minor in Interior Design from San Diego State University. He is also a licensed Real Estate Agent and served as the Architectural Design Consultant to Las Sendas Golf Club's Custom Home ARC for over 20 years. Prior to joining iPlan, Ben worked for Island Architects of La Jolla, California and Architectural Advantage of Scottsdale, Arizona.

In 2019, we sold over 130 homes exceeding $72million. Martha has served as the chair of the Leadership Council of the Keller Williams Arizona Realty offices, in addition she has an ownership interest in the brokerage as well as manages the XSELL Real Estate Group. Her design journey began with her own personal homes, where she discovered a talent for creating warm, functional, and beautifully curated spaces. That passion naturally evolved into designing luxury spec homes, where she blends aesthetic vision with a deep understanding of how people live and interact with their environments. Beyond her professional work, Nicole is an avid painter and craft enthusiast. She also enjoys scrapbooking and exploring new destinations with her family, always drawing inspiration from the world around her.
